In 2025, the health and wellness industry became a $7 trillion dollar industry. Even the least health conscious person is seeing information on the news, their social media, and YouTube about how to live a healthier life. There are very few Christian voices in this industry seeking to help believers biblically navigate stewarding their bodies for God’s glory. This study will aim to provide a biblical framework for the pursuit of a body that glorifies God, while prioritizing our eternal souls.
